Anthem of Demacia

Demacia's anthem does not involve words. While the anthem is being performed there is not to be any voices, and is performed only with each citizen's hands. This is supposed to be the chance where the community connects with nature, a moral which the community is based off of.

Roles and Responsiblities of Citizens

Every Citizen of the community has roles and responsibilities to help the community and keep a stable environment.

A citizen can choose 1 out of the 4 work blocks, labour work, science work, office work or authority work. Each work block has different sub blocks that all contribute to helping the community.

Labour work: This work block is our farmers, builders, water plant workers etc. This work block is for the strong and those who want to help with the maintaining of our community physically.

Science work: This work block is our scientists, doctors, animal specialists etc. This work block is for those who are talented in the sciences and want to help with the biological or environmental maintaining of our community as well as the health of the citizens.

Office work: This work block is our accountants, shopkeepers, government bankers etc. This work block is crucial for the economical stability of our community, making sure our economic system doesn't fail.

Authority work: This work block is our police officers, court judges, and lawyers etc. This work block deals with the justice to crimes, protection of the community and defence of the community.

Food/Cuisine

Demacia has a wide variety of food, from vegetarian meals, to meat lover meals. The community has 4 farms that provide homegrown food to citizens daily. The diet of all citizens is different depending on the person's age, an infant and elderly will have less variety in their diet compared to an adult, who will have  a lot of variety. Vegetarian meals or vegan meals can be provided to citizens if permission is asked from the authorities first. Extras such as cakes or sweets may be bought with demacians (Demacia's currency), but the authorities have to be informed first, in case of too much sweets being bought, which could result in an unhealthy diet.

Recreation

All citizens of Demacia  (from age 4) must participate in at least 2 hours of recreation each day. This recreation can take place in the recreation parks and pools, or other places located within the community. As long as a citizen is outside and being active, this will count towards their recreational hours. Depending on age, the citizens has either longer or shorter hours of recreation. For example,  a child aged 3 will have 1 hour of recreation daily  and an adolescent aged 12 will have 3 hours of recreation each day. Infants (until age 3) and elderly (aged 65) do not have to participate in recreation hours, as they are weaker and most likely not able to complete these hours.

Transportation

Demacia doesn't believe in gas running cars, as it creates a polluted unstable environment, as well as costing a lot of money. Instead Demacia's vehicles run on air, a reliable, free source of energy. Every car that is made contains a special compartment within the car, that filters away the carbon dioxide in the air and uses this air. After using it, the car then lets out the oxygenated air into the atmosphere. As well as having these vehicles, Demacia also owns a number of these air-powered buses and trains which run on a daily basis throughout the city, and deliver citizens to their allocated work blocks in the mornings, and back to their housing units in the evening.

Economical system

Demacia's economical system uses demacians, a currency that consists of steel coins, a metal that can be recycled. After coin is severely damaged or outdated it can be recycled to help build infrastructure, produce more coins, or be used in the making of cans etc. Paper bills are not used, as it cuts down on the trees in and around the area of Demacia.

Demacians can be earned in many ways, such as a very good performance in one's work block, the selling of personal items, and helping the authorities. They can then be traded in to buy other clothing items besides the basic clothing provided, different foods, and other personal items.

Before paying for the offence a citizen may go to court if they have any problems about the law that was supposedly broken.

Each citizen from the ages of 3-25 is required to attend either kindergarten, primary school, high school or university depending on their age.

  • Ages 3-6: Children at this age are required to attend kindergarten. This stage of education prepares the child for primary school, and teaches the child simple life skills, problem solving, basic math and english, and encouragement to participate in the community.
  • Ages 7-11: Children at this age are required to attend primary school. This stage of education is mandatory for a citizen to go forward in their education. Children will learn about the 4 different work skills that they may choose when they are older and how the community functions.

This stage of education will place the new adult into one out of four work skills, labour work, science work, office work, or authority work, after they have finished their education a citizen is then able to find a spouse and have children.

Demacia's flag

Demacia's flag is shown in three colours blue, green, and white. The blue represents the precious element of water that is used to power the community, as well as agriculture and industries. The green represents the environment, and the unity between man-kind and wild-life. And lastly the white represents peace, between one another and other communities.
